Jesus vous aime, Haiti...

Last Friday, we finished up our study of Germany and allowed our emphasis of Haiti to jump in line from the end of the semester to this past week. We followed our normal study pattern, but spent time discussing how God can use situations that seem so terrible to us for HIS good. We prayed that the earthquake would turn peoples' hearts to Him in their time of pain.

Homework due Friday, 1/22:

Complete Germany Work (if not already done)--Passport, Map, Flag, Worksheet

Complete Haiti Work--Passport, Map and Flag (refer to color guideline ON flag worksheet)

Optional Mystery Countries

Optional--students can earn bonus stamps by viewing news stories, photos, videos, etc. of the Christian relief efforts in Haiti. He or she should keep record of what was viewed to show on Friday.
